RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At RIDAAN, customer satisfaction is important to us.

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Products may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order provided that:

  • The item is unused.

  • The item is in its original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened beauty products.

  • Used personal care items.

  • Any item showing signs of wear or use.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  1. REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

  1. SHIPPING FEES

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
